Integration

A valid concern is whether or not it will be reasonably simple to get acquainted with the software or train your employees. What is great is our List Easy software is so user friendly that it only takes an average of 2 minutes to learn the software which is nearly nothing. We've designed the List Easy with usability in mind. To assure this, List Easy developers were required to process orders as major components were implemented, and List Easy was deployed on a live store early in the Alpha stage.

Currently, tickets can be created manually or automatically, in addition to direct uploading capability to Ebay stores. Additional feature support will be added in the future at no additional cost.

Setup and Installation

Another common concern is that an application may be difficult to set up. Since List Easy is Web based and Software based, no database setup is required. The process is quite simple and users are typically listing tickets in less than 2 minutes with a high-speed connection. Once running, tayloring the application for your business is straightforward. Creating Ebay templates, and other application preferences is conducted through an easy-to-use interface. These configuration steps help you harness the capability of List Easy.

Uploading Tickets

Tickets are typically uploaded automatically for Ebay store owners, but can also be created manually. Tickets are uploaded to your Ebay store on a per-batch basis. List Easy allows you to create new batches for your Ebay store in a flash. Using a secure script, List Easy communicates directly with our server via a secure 128-bit SSL connection. With a couple of clicks, your tickets are uploaded and imported directly into your Ebay store.

Processing Orders

The process of fulfilling orders can be completed in a variety of ways. For this reason, we created a process we call the "Order Processing Pipeline." Processing orders is very store-specific, however, a natural flow is vital in making the software easy to use and to insure a quick integration to your store. List Easy provides a very natural method of organizing order fulfillment withough limiting you to a specific approach.

Essentially, the List Easy functionality is separated into several deparments. The Importing department uploads tickets, and is capable of modifying all order details. Sales staff may also edit templates directly to give the layout of your ebay listing a fresher look and feel. Once the tickets are uploaded your ready for the next step.

History tasks are added to a queue which is processed by users with access to History functionality. These users will have access to view previously listed tickets for your Ebay store.

But don't forget: List Easy is not specific to larger stores. Simply give your users as much or as little access as you wish. Process orders quickly and efficiently with a staff of one, or of one hundred! Processing orders is swift, and you'll be amazed how much can be done in so few clicks.

Correspondence

Auto-notifications allow emails to be sent automatically to you when an Ebay listing has been removed or added based on particular events. This is particularly useful for notifying your business automatically of changes, or other important events.

Ticket Monitoring

Integrated ticket tools allow you to setup and monitor sold merchandise. Create notifications that a listing has been removed in detail, specifying exactly which listing was removed (which is in place for not double selling), and if applicable, which items have already been involved in a cross-shipment.

Management

Internal communication is just as important as any other, and can often be quite difficult. The List Easy reminder system will prompt you, the user, by a set time frame reminding you if ticket have sold.

Configurable user options give administrators the ability to provide fine levels of access for monitoring there Ebay store. More close-knit businesses may wish to get notification complete access, while business with dozens of staff members may require more specific controls. The List Easy leaves the level of control up to you.
